Magali is also the founder of Narma and works as a (sports) osteopath (MSc.). In her practice, she treats injuries daily—but her true mission is to help people prevent them, which is exactly why we created SOEPEL.

Looking to work on your mobility with expert guidance? Then our one-on-one, four-month coaching program is for you.

  • This program is designed for anyone who wants to improve and maintain their mobility and joint health in a thoughtful, structured way—guided by a sports osteopath and personal trainer.

    All coaching is available in Dutch or English, depending on your preference.

  • We start with a detailed medical questionnaire to assess your current fitness, injury history, and goals. After that, we schedule a video call to discuss your situation, expectations, and availability. Based on this, we’ll design a personalized screening process.

    You’ll perform a series of tests and send us videos of your movements. We analyze these using professional software to map out your strengths, limitations, and risk factors.

  • You’ll then begin the actual training. We work with three consecutive four-week blocks, fully tailored to your profile. After each block, we evaluate what worked well, what needs adjusting, and update your plan accordingly.

    This ensures steady and safe progress, with new programs that evolve with you.

  • At the end of the program, we repeat the initial screening to objectively measure your progress. You’ll receive clear feedback on your improvements and what areas still have room for growth.

    You’ll finish the program with a deep understanding of your body and a solid foundation to build on.
